Jungle Express is a 30 piece jigsaw puzzle with a difference – aimed at children aged 3-6 years this particular jigsaw aids to develop their maths skills as the train image featured has different, brightly coloured, numbered carriages. Children can easily put together the pieces and learn numbers – it also makes it easier to put the jigsaw together by knowing your numbers!
Once again the high quality game does not fail to deliver, each jigsaw piece is of a good handling size for children and is thick and durable. In our house Orchard Toys games have lasted the test of time and many hours of play simply due to the fact they are so durable.
Priced at £9.75, I really cannot quibble over this price due to the outstanding quality of the puzzle and the educational benefits. Although Liv is very good with numbers, having just started at a nursery setting I feel that playing with Jungle Express will stand her in good stead with what she will learn on a daily basis.
The box has a really handy carry handle which gives the added benefit of also making Jungle Express very portable. This is definitely a floor jigsaw puzzle though as it is deceptively larger than you would expect, again adding to the appeal. It also encourages parents to sit down on the floor with their children and encourage them to put the jigsaw together.
Liv is a HUGE fan of jigsaws, I have lost count out how many we actually have (as well as a few pieces along the way!), yet Jungle Express appears to be a great hit – it has already been pieced together several times today! Great entertainment, the educational values of Jungle Express are just an added bonus to what is already a fun puzzle.
