My weight loss journey is well on its way, especially as I near the 2 stone loss barrier. I always find clothes hanging off me and trousers easily falling down a big indication that I’m losing weight and that I also need to invest in new clothes.
With a steady, constant weight loss I feel happy in the knowledge that I can easily maintain my weight loss and therefore invest in new clothes as a little treat and incentive to carry on.
Funds are a major factor in adding new garments to my wardrobe and with so many beautiful clothes available for Spring/Summer 2013 it’s hard to choose only a few new items! Though I know that by choosing quality items at reasonable prices, they will see me through until I need to update my wardrobe again.
I’m feeling slightly adventurous at the moment and a blazer jacket seems like a great investment. Blazers are a staple item for any wardrobe and can easily be used to dress an outfit up or keep it casual. With our ever changing weather it makes sense to have a light weight jacket option instead of carrying my beloved salmon red Joules parka everywhere.
I absolutely love clothes shopping and it is an even better past time with friends – mulling over clothes and accessories over a lazy lunch with coffee (or wine!) is a great excuse for a get together.
That’s why I am going to be enlisting the help of my close friends to join me on a child free clothes shopping expedition. Something that is definitely overdue!
I really cannot justify any more shoes unfortunately, so will have to avert my eyes from the rows of irresistible heels. My wardrobe has a great selection of shoes for any occasion and I am pretty sure that I could build myself another wardrobe space out of all my shoe boxes!
With a blazer definitely in mind, tops and trousers to go with one are definitely on the cards too! I have a feeling my bank manager may not be happy though I am already thinking of all the calories I will burn on the trip!
