So here I am with my latest weight loss post… so far I have lost the grand total of 11lbs – so close to the 1st stone loss mark!! This morning I stepped onto the scales and had such a lovely surprise when I noticed I had moved down to the next stone category. Big pat on the back me thinks!
I know how I am losing the weight, the exercise regime has definitely been stepped up and I am continuing with my 150 sit ups a day. It really does seem to be working and I am definitely noticing a difference to my sides as well as my tummy. The bike has been forgotten about this week and I really do need to get back on it as my legs have definitely tightened up. I will have to hop on before I pick Liv up from school and hop on again tonight.
However I know the main reason is down to my eating, I cannot recall the last time I actually had a proper meal. Like a sit down main dinner. Obviously I am still cooking for Liv, but I am just picking at things when I feel hungry. Weird thing is, I do not actually feel hungry. Maybe it’s a conscious thing of having previously been on a total food replacement diet where I just drank shakes and came to realise that you can carry on and not feel hungry.
Admittedly the weight loss has surprised me, I know what has started it all off and I am doing my utmost to try and resolve matters. It’s great having supportive friends and it’s lovely to chat to Beth about the weight loss journey, knowing that she will soon be joining the journey with me again once her baby has been born.
