Coffee… The Best Wake Up Cure!

Coffee…

The magic elixir…

Coffee is there to be enjoyed at any time of the day, but there truly is nothing better than sipping the first mug of the day… especially the first cup after the night before! 😉

Recently, I watched ‘The Trip To Italy’, featuring my favourite comedians Rob Brydon and Steve Coogan as they embarked on a meal tasting session around Italy. The series was hilarious and showed the pair at their funniest… but it wasn’t just about them… it was about Italy too and the stunning scenery on offer to those who visit.

Certainly one of my favourite countries in the World, Italy holds so many memories for me. I envied the time Rob and Steve got to spend there, just two friends together, sipping coffee on a balcony whilst overlooking the Amalfi Coast.

I would love to go on an epic road trip around Italy like that with a buddy, experiencing all the culture, sights and tastes. Until then I am going to have to sip delicious coffee in the form of a Nespresso with Nespresso compatible pods. Who says you have to stick to tradition! Quick, easy and with all the full flavours coffee should have, every cup should be a masterpiece and give you that Caffe Cagliari feeling that you are really in Italy! What better way to experience coffee than by a Italian family company with over 100 years knowledge of providing the best coffee taste sensation possible!

As I sit here and write this post, I am pondering my second cup already. I forget my age frequently these days and still believe that I can burn the candle at both ends. The morning after always proves that I can’t anymore and that I should go to be at a more acceptable hour. Fortunately coffee helps me function enough to get by until I can have a cheeky snooze. Half term is almost over and I know as of next week I will have no excuses as to why I cannot be more organised. No more daydreaming about Italy, I have a list as long as my arm of work to crack on with… best make another coffee then!

A collaborative post.
