After a crazy, busy morning, I am finally finding myself writing up my Weight Loss Wednesday post – what a 7 days it has been… I don’t even know where to start! Check out Weight Loss Wednesday Week 10 or fast forward to Weight Loss Wednesday Week 12 for a progress update!
My run training has stepped up a gear… read that as I have now moved up to Week 4 of the Couch to 5k and I am still running far too quickly. The stubborn me, who wanted to prove a point to someone even upped my speed to 10kph… just because I had to. I think the word donut springs to mind! Now I am attempting to work on sustainability and running/jogging slower in order to move a greater distance. My problem is that I get bored too easily, so I am rather looking forward to finally running outside in order to have a change of scenery… literally!
I managed to pick up some bargain running gear yesterday too which I am impressed with – you can check it out in my latest running post.
This last week has consisted of shakes and eating… I’ve had good days and bad days, totally depending on circumstances… but still, I have managed to lose 2lbs..! So in total a 1 stone and 3lbs loss since the start of the year – this I can cope with! I am still in the next stone category down according to my scales and with literally 2 stone and 11 lbs to go, the end is somewhat closer than it was.
Running is certainly changing my body shape as well as contributing to my weight loss which is fantastic… about time the hips and butt were shaken up!
