Last time I check I had put a 1lb on, screw the scales. It has been one of those weeks! In some slight pain so on antibiotics and painkillers… I’ve still been able to hit the gym 3 times this past week which has been awesome.
Flexiseq Sport Gel, I’ve mentioned it before as I have been using it for my knee, but it’s only recently that I have noticed it actually dulling my knee pain so that I forget about it. I have been using that on my side too this week and it certainly helped me to train easily enough at the gym.
As yet the Suunto Ambit 3 remains unused… because just as I am ready with everything I need, the weather takes a turn for the worse and now we have hail and rain. Unfortunately not the great start I was expecting, so bear with me!
Eating, eating, eating… oh my days, I have been chomping this week. Foods to cheer me up as opposed to anything and now I am paying the price. My food shopping is being delivered today and I have gone back to ‘old school’ tactics… Tracking my weight and the basic foods I was eating at the start of this journey. It worked then and it can work again! It has to, I am not prepared to throw away all my hard work, I still have my goal to achieve and I will reach my target!
Weekends are the hardest time for food , it is quite easy to succumb to all the sweet treats especially when child are around… you know, helping them out slightly!
However I shall this week be tracking my food again, calorie counting and going back to basics – they gym work is going well, I need to get back on the bike slightly more and finally do the Charlotte Crosby DVD. I have been utterly useless recently!
