Hey and welcome to Weight Loss Wednesday week 24!
How are we all doing this week?
Well I am pleased to say I have finally smashed the 2 stone weight loss marker! A momentous occasion meaning my target is even closer in sight!
The New You Plan has really helped me on my journey and given me the swift kick that I so desperately needed. With a 13lb loss in 2 weeks and 2 days, the diet is really working for me and given me the motivation I needed and much more importantly… the confidence!
I managed to shoehorn myself into jeans a size smaller yesterday! I could not believe it, so yes, they are a lovely treat to myself and the proof that my hips really are getting smaller! I cannot believe how well everything is coming together! The lovely people at the New You Plan very kindly sent me another 3 week supply which this time included the Spicy Noodle Nosh.
Knowing that my sluggish time is around 4pm, I decided to plump for 3 weeks worth of the super yummy Chocolate Cream Cookie Flavour Bar. I know when I come back from the school run, that a quick chomp on the bar keeps me going until my final meal at around 7:30pm.

I have noticed the afternoons are the hardest for me, it really does seem like an uphill struggle but come my final meal and everything is in place, I am feeling happy, I have drunk all my water and I am set for the evening.
The whole process of ordering from the New You Plan could not be easier. Grant called again for a lovely chat and took me through all the meals that were available, helped me add everything up to 3 weeks worth, including snacks (I stuck with the BBQ crisps, along with the new Salt and Vinegar crisps). The process is seamless and everyone wants to help which is fantastic! Delivery is next day on a working day and for me the parcel tends to come with John my usual DPD driver.
I ordered some ridiculously lean meat from Muscle Foods (seems to be the site du jour at the moment), which is arriving tomorrow and shall be frozen in preparation for my re-feed. Don’t get me wrong, there are ‘down’ moments, I’m not this happy all the time! However standing in front of the mirror, people’s fantastic comments and the fact I can squeeze into a clothing size smaller already is spurring me on!
