Review: Suckies Yoghurts From The Collective

Suckies

Feeding children during the summer holidays can seem like a daunting task… all of a sudden, it seemingly appears that you are shopping several times a week just to keep everything topped up.

We love to try new foods and snacks in our house and very recently the lovely people at The Collective sent us a bundle of their new Suckies – a range of portable yoghurt pouches, perfect for kids and adults who like yoghurt!

Suckies

Suckies are available in three delicious flavours: Sassy Strawberry, Peach & Apricot and Blueberry, all 100g each.

Suckies

Now, I can generally give or take yoghurt, however I was lucky enough to have a taste test before Liv devoured the first pouch within 30 seconds! The Strawberry pouch was really, really tasty, you could easily notice that Suckies are made with fresh, live yoghurt.

Containing no pips or bits… Suckies also contain no colours, artificial flavourings, artificial preservatives and no GM ingredients. Only containing sugar from fruit, are made with whole milk goodness, are gluten free and suitable for vegetarians – meaning Jenny could snack on these too!

Liv’s thoughts on The Collective Suckies – Full of fruitiness, yoghurtiness and overally yumminess… clearly Strawberry was her favourite flavour!

Liv is at the point now (and has been for a while) where she will help herself to food. Knowing that the fridge has Suckies in there, she has been favouring choosing a yoghurt pouch over any other snack. Personally I would say The Collective are onto a definite winner there in my book!

Chill time!

I love the fact Suckies are portable, with a screw lid. They are perfect to be consumed in the house, on the go or even at a picnic as they are easy to keep cool. Especially for travelling in the summer holidays, they are great to pack as a travel snack, with little mess created! They are so super yummy that in fact no mess is created!

The packaging is really cute too, very engaging and if children are helping themselves to a pouch, by the colour, they are easily able to tell what flavour they are choosing!

Available from many large retailers such as Tesco, Asda, Sainsburys, Spar, Waitrose, Ocado and many more (check out The Collective site for more stockists). Tesco price £0.79p with a current offer of any 2 for £1.00. That offer really does make Suckies very reasonably priced!

My lads love this sort of thing, and The Collective yogurt is so much nicer and better for them than regular kids yogurts and Fromage Frais 🙂
