The Magic Tooth Fairy Game
Having not played a board game in a while, it was lovely to put the rathe delightful The Magic Tooth Fairy Game, perfect for family fun, from Drumond Park through its paces.
A vibrantly colourful and extremely fun game, it was a joy to play with Liv… who is waiting for her first tooth to fall out. Unfortunately, she too is expecting the Tooth Fairy to leave her gold coins..!
The games is designed for 2-4 players and ridiculously easy to set up. Contents include the board, 4 sets of mouths, teeth to fit in the mouths, gold coins,4 x player counters, a dice, magic bed and what I would call… the ‘pusher downer’… that replaces the tooth under the pillow with a gold coin. Actually, this is a really cool feature of the game and something Liv certainly enjoyed doing, even when it was not her turn!
The object of the game is to be the person with no teeth left in their game mouth. By spinning the spinner dial on the magic bed, you move your counter between 1 – 4 spaces around the board clockwise to land on either the Wobbly Tooth, Spin Again or Go To Bed Option. The words are very clear and Liv picked up the game very quickly indeed, to the point that she was happy to play on her own after playing 3 games in a row together! The Magic Tooth Fairy actually acts as a toy as well as a game!
A rather addictive and fun family game, The Magic Tooth Fairy is the perfect complement to the Drumond Park range. We loved the game and it has become a firm favourite in our house. Priced at £19.99 you can visit Drumond Park for a list of national stockist – and play games online.
