Welcome to the Weight Loss Wednesday Linky week 35!
How has everyone been this last week?
I have had a much better week, however the scales don’t agree with me… pah, what do they know anyway?!
A 5lb gain has crept on because I am actually eating again and I have been eating what I want… which means, in general… crap! I seem to have a craving for Hula Hoops at the moment… those crunchy little dudes have certainly filled my savoury cravings. Taking two XLS Medical Max Strength tablets before the two largest pig outs of the day has reassured me slightly – in all fairness, it could have been a lot worse *water retention Sim, it’s just water retention*
I rolled into the gym yesterday feeling all ‘bleurgh’ – not going to the gym in 3 weeks is hideous. I have had an immense guilt about it, my body has changed because of it and I simply hated not being able to just jump on the weights… it’s particularly easy to simply let the world pass you by when you are in the gym working out.
I had planned to utilise the 3 week bundle of the New You Plan I have left, starting today, however having just done a food shop, I noticed a loaf of Salt and Pepper bread had jumped in my trolley… how on earth did that happen? I’m feeling more content at the moment so am simply riding with it. As I am out to lunch tomorrow, Friday will be my starting point again for the diet.
With 16 weeks until Christmas, it would be nice to shift another stone, however I am not going to make myself miserable doing it. We are in week 35… it has been a long slog this year and having lost almost 4 stone… I’m tiring a little. However, between the New You Plan, XLS Medical Max Strength Tablets and copious amounts of water, the run up to the Christmas Markets will be fine.
