How are you all doing this week though? A huge big thank you to all those who joined in last week – some great commitment going on at the moment, could it be down to the fact Christmas is all but 11 weeks and 2 days away?!
Well, this last week I’ve been committed and then I have totally nosedived. I can give into temptation far too easily, I really should be called Eve! There was success in the form of going to the cinema and not eating anything though, not even nachos… *whispers quietly* I just had several pints afterwards… mhm…
But alas, despite enjoying myself, yet again… I totally need to stop doing that… a 1lb gain when I am now only 9lbs away from my target weight means a 1lb loss a week will have me at target for Christmas. Quite possibly the best Christmas present bar Tom Hardy being wrapped up under my tree!
Well, the heat is now on and yesterday I finally dragged my butt to the gym to check out the new equipment. The treadmills are awesome and the running strip is much wider, making me less nervous about tripping myself up. The other machines though shall take some getting used to… they all look so different and have been mixed up somewhat, so are totally out of place for how I work my routine. Luckily the PT is going to take me round and make sure I am getting the full benefit out of all the new machines.
As well as getting back on track with the gym, I have also just placed a top up order with The New You Plan, I realised that I was lacking in shakes and missed the Cookie Cream bars. Hopefully having my favourite New You Plan meals to hand again will spur me on a little longer on the diet.
I’ve decided that hiring myself out as a Plus One for Christmas parties would be an absolute hoot – in only the way I could possibly think that. Alas, free food and drink and I get to wear fabulous new dresses and rock my new figure… surely this will spur me on!
