I took a break from the Weight Loss Wednesday Linky last week, I just needed it, sorry lovelies!
Having fully enjoyed my childfree half term break to the max, I was glad that I did, as opposed to starting back on the shake diet. Although standing on the scales on Monday was a bit of a shocker (I may well have nearly cried), which spurred me on to start my 30 Day Detox again. Every pint consumed was savoured and every meal out was devoured… including Jamie’s Italian in Manchester.
However, I am now on day 3 of the 30 Day Detox and all is going well. It’s something I have done previously, it is not for the faint-hearted. It means pretty much giving up everything, which for me is easy at the moment as the New You Plan means that you survive on black coffee and water anyway, but giving up on men… ouch!
It all needs to be done, I have been in burn out territory for a good couple of weeks and it’s time to get everything in check, a full mind, body and soul workout.
Workouts at the gym are getting better, however my shoulder is still in pain, but painkillers numb it long enough to work on the weights. The 30 Day Detox really does not take any prisoners!
So, for the next week I shall be continuing to enjoy the New You Plan Banana Shakes to help with weight loss, with the exception of Saturday which I am taking off for an already planned restaurant review and Hot Cross Bun making day. Sunday will see me back on the shakes and cracking on to simply reach the end of the month. I do not have a target in mind, just head for the end of March like Tom Hardy is there waiting for me!
I have factored in 3 weekly gym visits and bike and core work on non gym days and really want to push it with the toning up. The warmer weather is upon us (looks out of the window at the rain) and I really do want to rock more dresses this year… I know what I need to do regarding weight loss and currently I am on the right track… let’s kick March’s butt lovelies!!
