It’s Weight Loss Wednesday Linky Time!

Weight Loss Wednesday Linky

It’s Hump Day, so it can only mean one thing… Weight Loss Wednesday Linky time!

The detox is still happening… to a point, I may have made some ‘slight’ adjustments to just how hard the regime is, but that is due to how easily I become bored. 😉

I took the weekend off the shake diet and fully enjoyed myself with a nice meal out at a local Brewer’s Fayre, a Greek Vegetarian dish and drinks with friends and then scoffed the wonderful Co-Operative Food Cake that arrived last week. Back on track this week though with minimal damage to the diet and gym visits and even a trip to the doctor’s regarding my shoulder again. I was told off for not dealing with the problem sooner and booked in for physio visit next week. My PT at the gym has informed me which weights I can and cannot use  – the overhead press and boob press will have to wait a little longer.

Weight Loss

Is it just me or when you are on a diet, do the days and weeks seem to fly by. I noticed it more last year and by the time I had reached the final Weight Loss Wednesday of the year, could not believe that a whole 52 weeks had flown by. It will be summer before we know it and the jumpers that hide a multitude of sins will have been long packed away, in favour of summer dresses and shorts.

The greatest thing about weight loss is the new wardrobe that is required. No longer a chore, your taste in clothes and suitable outfits changes and I have already vowed to rock more dresses this year.

And now it appears I am rambling about absolutely nothing… the painkillers the doctor prescribed me earlier in the week must really be working! How have you been doing this week, is Easter already affecting your weight loss journey?

Yay for wearing more dresses and shopping for new clothes! I have a suitcase full of clothes in smaller sizes that I grew out of, I really hope by this time next year I can dig them out and wear them again!

You are in such a positive frame of mind right now – sod whatever the scales say, just make sure you stay there ! 🙂

Well done on taking advice over your shoulder problem – I know my weight problems really began when I badly damaged my calf muscle and I should have sought medical advice then. Thanks for hosting the linky this week 🙂
