It’s Weight Loss Wednesday Linky time… again!
Seriously, for some unknown reason, the week’s seem to be flying by even quicker and I wish they wouldn’t! When the time comes to write the latest post, it feels like I have done nothing!
Well, that’s not true for a start as this last week we have been eating like Queen’s… so yes, weight loss wise I have done diddly squat.
I’ve been lacking in motivation for the gym recently, although an awesome workout last week had spurred me on… just before Half Term… yay! Roll on next week as I am itching to get back to the gym now! There is always something, no matter how hard you try to keep your schedule clear. So, for the next month I shall not be agreeing to any restaurant reviews because I simply cannot expect to ever lose weight if I am scoffing on highly calorific, seriously tasty food. It doesn’t work like that! Everything that tastes so good, is so bad. Bastard life!
Today I am on Day 2 of the shakes… again.
Last night was hard, I could have quite happily spent time gnawing on the hind leg of a scabby horse, yet a buddy with a wicked sense of humour helped me put the world to rights before I realised it was bedtime. Finding something or someone who helps pass the time really does help and although I would ideally like to spend the whole month on the shakes, I need to remember to take one day at a time and bloody stick to it!
House of Fraser sent me one of their gorgeous dresses to review and I want to do the pictures and the dress justice! Absolutely perfect and the right amount of floatiness for summer – look out for the review at the end of the week! I bought some incentive shorts at the weekend too in the hope a new summer wardrobe will help keep me on track. Wish me luck!
