Thank you so much to those that joined in last week, it’s amazing to read about your own personal journeys, the collective support is amazing!
However it’s that time of week where I moan about how crap my weight loss journey has been the past week and how useless I am when it comes to sticking to it! Last week, I managed 5 days on the New You Plan, before the weekend got in the way and we found ourselves out with friends celebrating Bonfire Night and Chelsea’s awesome annihilation of Everton… albeit I had a soft drink and not a beer. Clearly something is not quite right!
After 3 days off the diet and just generally enjoying life, I am back on Day 2 now and started where I finished last week, so I cannot in anyway feel guilty about the fact I did not continue the diet through.
Weight Loss is one of ‘those’ things… it is something YOU can control. You decide how much you eat, what you eat, how much exercise you complete, you have the ultimate control over what you do and what you achieve. The age old saying ‘You get out what you put in’ has never been as apt!
Everyone will have an opinion on your weight loss journey, but ultimately it’s YOUR choice what you do, how long you are on it for and how you control it. This is why the support from the linky is so important, it spurs you on and keeps you going knowing that there are others on the same journey, holding your hand as you skip towards your ultimate goal.
