I am very aware that Liv is getting to the age where she needs a desk or work station in her room and in order to have this, then we need to make room. Over the years she has amassed an amount of toys that Smyths would be proud of and a big Spring clean is definitely in order, but I never knew how easy it was to transform a room simply by working on an Ollie and Leila rug review!
Ollie And Leila Rug Review
At the same time, I will be looking to decorate her room, to modernise it and bring it more in line with her age now, but this is going to be a serious task – and you all know how much I dislike painting!
My way of motivating myself to actually start a decorating project is to invest in a new item and then work around it. Oddly enough, this does work for me and helps keep me on track. So, with a rug now taking centre stage in Liv’s room, I really do have no choice but to crack on thanks to the Ollie and Leila rug review!
The Girls Star Rug from Ollie and Lelia is absolutely gorgeous and when choosing it for this review knew that Mini Me would love it… and as expected, she does! Adding a new aspect to her room; those moments on a rainy day when she wishes chill in a onesie and read a book sitting on the floor have been made ever comfier.
Made from 100% wool with a hard wearing back the rug is so extremely soft and comfy to sit and stand on whilst being super easy to vacuum. It measure 90cm by 120cm and is priced at £75 – larger versions are available for an extra charge. Considering the high quality of the item, I actually find that very reasonable for the rug, with care it really is going to last.
The vibrant colours of the stars really do stand out and have now given me no option but to decorate! It always surprises me how much a rug really does make a room and will aid towards protecting the carpet underneath… fantastic for children’s bedrooms!
Ollie and Lelia rug review was the perfect opportunity to check out their beautiful website featuring bedroom furniture, bedding and a range of accessories to match. It really is hard to scroll through the site and not want to buy everything available to decorate your child’s bedroom, which is dangerous for me when I totally need to overhaul the room now… that even means carpet!
What have I done?!
