It may not seem like it when you look out of the window at the torrential rain we are currently experiencing, but British Spring Time actually starts on the 20th March… that’s in two days time! Whilst the weather may have tricked us a couple of weeks ago into thinking we can dust off our t-shirts again, it was short lived and most are hibernating in warmer clothes again.

Dust Away The Winter Blues With Beauty Products For Spring

It is never to early to start preparing for Spring though and ensuring your body has shaken off the Winter blues and is ready for the warmer weather. I’ve been putting a few beauty products for Spring to the test recently, it’s amazing the boost you feel when you have a little pamper session! Here are a few products that will help give you a Spring glow…

Philip Kingsley Elasticizer – Pomegranate & Cassis

Beauty Products For Spring Philip Kingsley Elasticizer

The first beauty products for Spring recommendation is fabulous! I cannot tell you how divine the fragrance of this pre-shampoo conditioning treatment is. Fresh, sweet and totally invigorating, this pre-treatment nourishes your hair from root to tip, offering extra elasticity, alongside bounce and shine. The added moisture the Philip Kingsley Pomegranate & Cassis Elasticizer offers your hair helps to reduce breakage whilst restoring the hair’s strength – fantastic news if you have dyed hair. I could have done with knowing about this a few years ago when I was blonde and dealing with major breakage, especially as I love spending time with a treatment on my hair! The feeling after a hair pamper session is amazing and certainly gives you a little boost. Give your hair a Spring treat with this beautifully scented Elasticizer, the original in the range was created for Audrey Hepburn and we all known how amazing her hair was! You can purchase the Philip Kingsley Pomegranate & Cassis Elasticizer (£21) and more in the range of haircare products directly from Philip Kinglsey.

St. Moriz Tan Boosting Facial Serum and Tan Enhancing Body Bronzer & Highlighter

Beauty Products For Spring

St. Moriz products are synonymous with warmer weather and tanning, something we do not have at the moment, but hopefully soon will! Fear not though as the latest products in the St. Moriz range definitely have you covered! If you are looking to gradually add some colour to your face for Spring, then look no further than the Tan Boosting Facial Serum (£9.99), part of the popular St. Moriz Advanced Pro collection. Using your existing moisturiser, simply add 3-6 drops of the serum (using the very handy pipette lid) to the cream in your palm, mix with your fingertips and apply evenly to your face and neck. Wash your hands immediately! Your face will take on a gradual golden glow during the day. The perfect radiance boost needed to wash away the Winter blues… fight back with the glow! You can purchase from FeelUnique.

For a more immediate glow to your body, the Tan Enhancing Body Bronzer & Highlighter (£5.99) from the St. Moriz Shade N’ Shimmer range comes in a handy case for portability, to use at anytime during the day. Dust the bronzer to areas such as under your cheekbones, the sides of your forehead, under chin, inner edge of upper arms, décolletage and to sides of legs – key contouring areas on your body. Add the highlighting powder to areas that accentuate light reflection. Now, contouring is a new one on me, I tend to simply use mascara and lipgloss and let my tan do the rest. Alas, I have no tan at the moment, however with many YouTube videos available to show me how to contour with the best results, I shall be rocking a defined tanned look in no time! You can purchase from FeelUnique.

Re-Gen Oils and Creams

Re-Gen oil

I featured the Re-Gen Oil and Cream range in a December post and have been a huge fan ever since. I personally use the Re-Gen spray every day and love the feeling of the oil on my skin. It is non-greasy and you can put your clothes on almost immediately. The clinically approved Re-Gen range is specially formulated to target stretch marks, scars, ageing skin, dry skin and blemished skin, helping to improve the appearance of your skin. I’m a mum and also follow the Keto lifestyle, alas… stretch marks are part of my life, but using this range is making a difference to their appearance and also giving me a boost.

Whilst the spray is easy and convenient to use, the Re-Gen Oil in a bottle allows you to target more specific areas – that and the fact it is significantly cheaper than the alternative (currently £7.83 on Amazon)! It is recommended that you continue to use the Re-Gen range daily for at least 2 months for improved results to your skin. Not only can you apply the range to your body, but also your face – the Re-Gen cream gives the appearance of a moisturiser and is very easy to apply to targeted areas. The range is safe to use on your skin after giving birth, though you can use the Re-Gen range from the beginning of the second trimester of your pregnancy, to help keep skin supple and moisturised. You can purchase the Re-Gen range from Amazon.

Wiley’s Finest Summit DHA Wild Alaskan Fish Oil

Wileys Fish Oil

I’ve come to that age now where I do start considering adding supplements to my diet/lifestyle – there is no point in becoming healthier on the outside, if you aren’t healthy on the inside! The nutrients and goodness in fish is astounding, especially when considering Omega – 3, but what if you can still have all the benefits without the need to cook?
Wiley’s Finest offer a superb range of fish oil based supplements, that help to maintain normal vision and brain function at any age.

The Summit DHA fish oil liquid has just been launched in the UK – just one teaspoon of the Wiley’s Finest Summit DHA a day will give you a significant boost in DHA docosahexaenoic acid),  and Omega-3 fatty acid that our bodies need to keep eyes and brain function healthy. The liquid has a lime flavour so can easily be taken directly from the spoon, or mixed in with cold food or smoothies. You can purchase the Summit DHA Fish Oil (£29.99) directly from Wiley’s Finest.

These are a few of the skincare and beauty products for Spring that will help me get ready for the warmer weather – what products will you be using to banish the Winter blues and embrace the warmer weather?

The ReGen Oil sounds great – today I bared my legs for the first time (I”m a tights hater) but my skin needs some help! – Who wouldn’t after having spent months hidden away?! 🙂 Thanks for sharing with #PoCoLo
