Notes

I add bacon lardons into my homemade Keto guacamole recipe to give it a crunchier texture, however there are many combinations to be made!
Another idea is chopped onions and chopped cherry tomatoes, with the option of including bacon lardons or not.
By adding extra ingredients to the avocado base you help to bulk up the side dish and make it into a really yummy dish. Perfect for picnics, salads and a treat for film night!
Serving suggestion: crispy streaky bacon to dip.

I have never tried making guacamole before but I am going to be giving your recipe a try! We are trying to think of healthier lunch options for Jack to take to school and were going to put a pot of guac in – but now I might make it instead of buying it!

I did keto a couple of years ago and I used to practically live off avocado at breakfast times, but now I’m on the Noom diet so I tend to avoid it as it’s so high in calories.
