Books are certainly keeping us going at the moment, as you will see from our latest Instagram post. With more time on our hands at the moment and the glorious weather, reading is a great way to escape reality at the moment! Books don’t need to be hard going, especially at the moment and there are so many that can be so much fun and super engaging, whilst educational. As I heard a dog barking :- Looked out the window to see a dog quietly walking and sniffing within garden area across the street. Owners beside the dog. The barking had sounded like a typical ‘hello barking ‘ / friendly. Reminded me of the previous day when one dog either side of a crossing. Each with it’s owner. Barking :- Like a ‘hello ‘. Yet kept Socially Distanced. Seems we have all had to adjust :- Hopefully Temporarily. I am fond of pets, nice to see them behave appropriately :- Given the present circumstances.

We had a really early dog walk this morning (4:30am!) before hubby went to work, but the walk was just so peaceful and relaxing. We heard so many birds chirruping and there has been a couple of nesting swans we’ve been keeping an eye on and they have now had their signets. It’s been ages since we’ve seen any swans on this little lake, so it really was lovely to see.
