It’s no secret that stress is the number one trigger for smokers to relapse. What exactly is stress? Stress is how our body responds to various changes that require a response. Stress is not handled the same by everyone. Some people are more affected by stress than others and need coping devices to help them through that period of time. Reverting back to cigarettes to help alleviate the stress is harmful and can ultimately even cause more stress. Not only is tobacco addictive, but it’s known to cause serious illnesses like heart disease and lung diseases.

There are many flavours available, such as strawberry, vanilla and cherry that you can smoke indoors because they smell great and don’t leave the bad odours tobacco cigarettes leave behind. The battery life generally lasts a full day, so you don’t have to worry about constantly charging it.

During this stressful time, don’t let yourself fall back into smoking. Consider vaping as an alternative and stay safe! Vaping is not a magic solution for everyone though. You might decide it’s not for you, but you might enjoy it so much that you never go back to smoking. Whichever choice you make, make it wisely.
