Notes
I add bacon lardons into my homemade Keto guacamole recipe to give it a crunchier texture, however there are many combinations to be made!Another idea is chopped onions and chopped cherry tomatoes, with the option of including bacon lardons or not.By adding extra ingredients to the avocado base you help to bulk up the side dish and make it into a really yummy dish. Perfect for picnics, salads and a treat for film night!Serving suggestion: crispy streaky bacon to dip.
