- 225 grams Halloumi
- 1 pinch Seasoning Choose any - cajun, Peri Peri etc
Cut the 225g block of halloumi into approximately eight thick fries.

Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat.
Add the halloumi fries and cook for several minutes, turning regularly until golden brown on all sides.
Transfer to a sheet of kitchen paper if required to remove excess oil.
Serve immediately with your favourite low-carb dip.
Halloumi is naturally salty, so taste before adding extra salt.
- Patting the halloumi dry before cooking helps it brown more evenly.
- Avoid overcrowding the frying pan so the fries can crisp around the edges.
- Halloumi fries are best eaten immediately after cooking.
- Nutritional values will vary depending on the brand of halloumi and seasoning used.
Air Fryer Option
To make these keto halloumi fries in an air fryer, preheat to 200°C, lightly coat the fries with around 1 teaspoon of oil and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning or shaking halfway through.
